Celebrate with us! NEDCC's Preservation Services is celebrating our 40th anniversary!
**********************************************************************
In honor of our department's founding in 1980, we'd like to kick off our birthday year by giving YOU a gift.

Join us for a FREE webinar on Friday, January 10, 12:30-1:30 pm Eastern time. The webinar is free, but pre-registration is required for access. (The January 9th session sold out 98 seats immediately, so register now!)

FREE WEBINAR: Celebrate with Collections! Utilizing Collections in your Community's Anniversary Celebration

When your community is celebrating a major anniversary, the public and press will be interested in museum and archival collections related to that time period. Before you bring out your most precious items, though, you'll want to attend this webinar to learn how to protect them during handling, scanning, and exhibition. The instructor will also explain how you can collaborate with other local organizations to save time and money as you engage the public in your community's history. It's never too early to begin planning!

NEDCC is grateful for support from the National Endowment for the Humanities, which enables us to continue providing resources; webinars, workshops, and conferences; assessments, advice; and disaster assistance to help small and medium sized cultural organizations preserve their collections.
