Becca, is it possible they don't allow you to be subscribed with two different emails at once? Do you have to unsubscribe from your personal email before you subscribe from work?

I tried it with my name as Tracy suggested and still nothing. When I registered my private email I remember it was almost instant. Also, I looked back at previous emails I sent and two of them included my name too. ;-(

Maybe that is it. The instructions I found on the lsoft are different than the ones you just posted. I will try that now and keep my fingers crossed. If that is it then I hope they either update the page I found or delete the information completely.

This is what I recall doing, sending the body as
SUBSCRIBE Museum-L Tracy S. Armogan
