I swear this story is like a soap opera. For those of you who haven't
heard - a woman in West VA pays $7 for a picture at a flea market.
Turns out it's a Renoir. She puts it up for auction. Turns out it was
stolen from the Baltimore Museum of Art in 1951. The painting was then
seized by the FBI. BUT, there's another twist to the story over who
actually owns the painting:
