The nicest shop I know of that's closest to your period is at Doon
Heritage Village in Kitchener, Ontario. Contact Tom Reitz for more info:

Doon's shop is very nice and is interpreted to their period of ca. 1914,
which reflects the transition from horse-based rural transportation to
automobiles. As such, the shop's interpretation deals with the
blacksmith's role in that community as not only tending horseshoes and
mending/making farm implements and such, but also repairing/replacing
parts for automobiles.
