The production company needs to have the high insurance, not the site.
Granted the site needs to have insurance too but the production
company will be the one doing the damage therefore they are the ones
that should be covering all expenses. I'd require them to have at
least 3x liability. The state film board should have information on
how to go about getting this and what kinds of riders both parties
should need.
