A.D.A. does not specifically address computer touch screens. The closest 
I could find was ATMs. In that case the maximum height can not exceed 54 
inches if the reach depth is less than 10 inches. (Lower if the reach 
depth is more than 10 inches).

Which brings me to my question again. I can place both of the 
touchscreens (they will have the same content) below 54 inches. But what 
is a good average height for kids?
