Does anyone have experience with free-standing air conditioners?  Set 
aside the interpretive issues.  The moisture in our buildings is such 
that it has to be addressed even if the equipment does intrude.  We have 
used dehumidifiers at night and fans during the day prior to this, but 
we have a new maintenance person who'd like to try this new approach.
