You might want to contact our Conservation Department here at the Canadian Museum of Civilization. The Museum is home to the world's largest and possibly finest collection of totem poles, many of which are displayed in our Grand Hall.

James Hay was our staff conservator for many years. He worked on many of our totem poles. A wonderful man and a great resource.

All the Best,
Patti
