Our museum is located in a residential neighborhood, so we have a few
unofficial museum cats, who lounge around on our porch and in the
garden and take care of some of the rodent problems around our
basement entrance.

The cats stay outside and are collared because they live somewhere
else with a family to take care of the food and fleas and cat fur. We
haven't had any real problems with them except for having to clean up
the occasional cat vs. bird aftermath outside.
