Well, just to play Devil's Advocate, if you're wanting free publicity,
why not skip Comcast altogether? It's easy enough to create a channel
on YouTube. If you want a video showcasing segments of the community
and events, get local visual arts/masscom college students to put
together videos for you. These go on their portfolios and helps you
avoid corporate contracts and loopholes.

For that matter, thanks to Picasa, Flickr, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook,
and Foursquare, among dozens of other sites, free publicity is always
available for those that are willing to take the time to learn the
tools.
