The other fix to this is to provide a break room or break area where
people can eat. If there isn't a breakroom and the weather isn't nice
outside, people will pretty much be forced to eat at their desks. I
understand that in smaller museums, space is at a premium, but I'm
sure that with a little creativity, you can make a break area for at
least one or two people at a time.
