The Ohio Historical Society completed a series of collections
inventories at our historic sites over the course of summer 2009.  We
accomplished this by putting together teams and focusing the efforts of
all Collections Division staff plus cross-trained members of other
divisions on inventory for a short but intense period.  The results of
that were extremely positive, with backlogs of over 10 years addressed
through this effort.  Our Collections Director can provide more
