Hello - looking for the wisdom of crowds here on behalf of my little sister.

She has a degree in costume studies and is looking for an internship, 
preferably in Europe, in costumes, textiles and museums.  She has a 
handful of years experience working and volunteering in the field but 
would like to take that to the next level and get some real world 
experience with a museum or a costume design company.

Any advice would be helpful!
