I can't speak to what uses you are willing to permit, but the language  
is not as frightening as it might seem.  The producers want to extend  
the distribution to explicitly include cell phones and other  
"wireless" technologies.  Most people think of this as part of the  
"Internet," but technically it's not.  They are not trying to scam  
you, but rather protect themselves with language few were even  
thinking about a year ago. The problem for them is that it's will soon  
be impossible for them to do meaningful distribution without these  
rights.

That does not mean you meant to grant them of course.

The language that's probably most important to you is "the Program or  
portions thereof" which limits distribution to the edited program  
rather than your original photos. As long as "the program" is clearly  
defined elsewhere, the distribution change does not change the base  
use of the photos.

The other issue would be the monies involved.  If you are charging  
licensing fees, or are expecting royalties, or are opposed to  
commercial uses, then the additional channel might matter to you.  It  
is a more "commercial" channel than the others you mention and it is  
not uncommon for stock houses to charge additional fees for "New  
Media" rights.
