To the good and helpful people of the Museum-L list:

I'm researching Volunteer Management Programs for our 760 volunteers who
work 7-days a week. I need an internet service and computer program
combination that tracks volunteers hours (volunteers enter their own
time IN/OUT from the museum as well as from their homes) and has the
potential for 40 calendars, where volunteers can input their own names
into a timed-shift from their homes or here at the museum. The tracking
system must generate lists of people here for a day and a cumulative
listing of hours per volunteer per volunteer area. Reports like an Excel
spreadsheet or Word documents are needed in addition to the ability to
email all or partial groups of volunteers via a distribution-like
listing.
I've found systems that have tracking-hours OR calendaring...but not
both. Can you help? Please contact me off-list if it is more convenient.
