Hi Maria,

It's worth looking at http://ehive.com . eHive is an online collection management system with built in, simple to use, publishing options to the web. You can create records using our tailored cataloguing screens, and if you wish, publish them on the web or keep them private within your account. eHive has been developed specifically for individuals, special interest groups, small-medium museums, heritage groups who have limited technical resources. It dramatically simplifies public access to your collections and allows you to manage your collections from anywhere with an Internet connection. Prices are based on the volume of data you store on the website. The most basic level is free.

Hope this helps,

Matt Crozier
