Greetings Everyone,

I am posting this query in behalf of an acquaintance. This acquaintance, who lives in the Los Angeles area, has received a loan request from a museum in China to display some of his personal diaries and journals. He is somewhat nervous about loaning his irreplaceable diaries to this museum so he is considering having facsimiles made of his books that would be high quality copies and bound in a similar manner of the originals. This way he can loan the facsimiles without the fear of losing or damaging his originals.

Can anyone recommend a place that does this type of work?

You can reply off the list unless other list-serv members find this topic useful.

Many thanks in advance for any possible leads.

Sincerely,
Holly Chase
