Dear Listers:

I'd like to know how everyone's handling exhibitions in light of the
economy. Are you keeping some of your gallery spaces dark? Using your
permanent collections in temporary exhibitions? Keeping existing
exhibits up longer? Relying on local artists/collectors?

For those of you still booking traveling exhibitions, are you only
considering less expensive shows (ie $5K - 10K or less), or does the
quality/topic of the exhibition persuade you to approve a higher rental
fee?

Thanks so much for your input - feel free to contact me off list.

Best wishes---

Holly
