+++ Patron Services Coordinator - Chicago, IL vicinity +++
For our client, an exciting performing arts center located an hour north
from Chicago, we are seeking a F/T Patron Services Coordinator.
This position is responsible for all front-of-house services for events
held at the facility including box office, usher, concession, artist
merchandising, coatroom services, and supervision of support staff.
As the system administrator for the ProVenue online ticketing software,
the Patron Services Coordinator is responsible for the accurate
processing, distribution and reconciliation of all ticket sales, patron
concerns and reports.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in all facets of
the position including management level experience in high-volume
customer service in the performing arts (dance, music, theater).
Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills essential;
a minimum of an Associates Degree is required.
Salary low 30s with generous benefits and tuition reimbursement.
