Executive Assistant
For our renowned 57th Street gallery client we are seeking an Executive
Assistant to the Director. The successful candidate will assist the
Director in daily correspondence, travel arrangements and other scheduling,
client and artist interaction and all other aspects pertaining to general
office management and support. The ideal applicant will have at least 4
years experience in a similar role at an art gallery or auction house,
preferably contemporary art, and excellent correspondence, communication and
dictation skills. BA in art history or related field required. A wonderful
opportunity for a career-oriented and highly experienced person with highly
developed support skills. Salary to 60K + DOE and excellent benefits.
