Thank you, Paul and Sabrina, for your suggestions regarding safe opening of 
the bottles. As Paul noted, it is a matter of choosing not to store liquids in the 
collections (what with being here in an eartquake prone state!). Trying our 
hands on a "practice" bottle is a great suggestion...for so many reasons.
