I need help to develop costs estimates for exhibit maintenance.  I am 
preparing a budget estimate for museum operations after we open in 2010.   
We are planning to construct a museum with approximately 7,500 sq ft of 
exhibits.  Our exhibit budget is $3 million. 

Hopefully a similar size museum with maintenance history would be willing to 
share this information.
