Hello All!

My name is Jamie Beals and I am a student at Franklin Pierce Law in Concord, NH. I am currently writing a paper about Copyright Issues and Museums. I would like to address copyright issues and legal problems faced not only by museums but by Historical Societies, Historic Homes and Presidential Libraries.

I am wondering if any of you out there might have stories you would be willing to share regarding copyright questions or legal problems your museums (etc.) have encountered. I would of course be willing to keep your information confidential, but would like to use some stories to illustrate common problems.

You may contact me directly through email: [log in to unmask]

Thanks!
Jamie
