I attended one of their workshops about a year ago with a group from our
area. It was a good basic class, with a great resource CD. Be aware that
it's very general and will include folks from all kinds of organizations -
mine had firemen, policemen, city administrators, charity ladies, etc. I was
the only museum person in the class.
