Business Analyst - online artmarket trading site - NYC
The successful applicant will serve as the primary business strategist of a
specialized commerce trading platform for the global art market.  Duties
include: create a comprehensive business strategy for the company’s new
online auction services; develop, write and communicate business
requirements; analyze and track the global art market; define best practices
and identify areas of further differentiation/specialization vis-ŕ-vis
competitors; create revenue forecasting, predictive modeling and pricing
analysis; Liaise with technical staff and resources to evaluate and
implement due diligence on all product updates and infrastructure; report on
all project status and issues to the VP of Product Development; other duties
as necessary.  BA in business administration or related required; MA
strongly preferred.  A minimum of 4-5 years in IT related product
development and experience with online trading platforms (B2B or B2C) is
essential.    Experience with web technologies, UI software design and
Microsoft NET is desirable.  The ideal candidate will work well under
pressure, possess excellent communications, organizational and analytical
skills, and have a broad understanding of the international art market.
Some travel required.  Salary to 100K plus excellent benefits.  Please send

Associate Product Manager - NYC or could telecommute
The successful applicant will be responsible for building and launching new
online products and features; analyze and respond to user needs, requests
and inquiries; research markets and competitors; prepare product
requirements documentation; collaborate with engineers to implement all
product enhancements; test and monitor all such enhancements; generate key
product performance reports; prepare training materials for system users;
other duties as required.  The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years
experience with online products or software applications and a comprehensive
understanding of web analytics.  BA in computer science or related required;
MA preferred.  Excellent communications, organizational and analytical
skills and a passion for new technologies are absolutely essential.  Salary
