Celina, Have you met with the county officials?  I would imagine you
have to designate areas for public/employee notices.  I can't imagine
someone waltzing into the site and making demands on the county
employees.  It sounds like something that should be public knowledge
before the fact.  Just a few thoughts. (on a personal note: hope
everything is going well.  I'm sure you've had a lot of opportunity to
wear your pink galoshes)
