Hi Sarah
Are you looking for a sample RFP or a guide of how to prepare one. If so I have a guide in word perfect that I made up several years ago for the Association of Children's Museum that give you a step by step process plus and actual RFP where you can just fill in the blanks or modify it as you see fit. Remember that this was done for Children's Museums but can be adapted for other museum types.
