Hello. I work for a county museum and we are working out an agreement
to archive/curate some of the oldest of the county records in an effort
to get them OUT of a warehouse with no climate control and INTO a
building with climate control and make them available to the public for
research. I need to draw up a curation agreement with the county clerk
outlining what we will be responsible for and what items we will be
housing. Does anyone out there have experience in this arena, or have
an example of a curation agreement that they would be willing to share?

Any help is gratefully appreciated.
