We are in the process of updating our incoming loan forms and I was 
wondering what other museums include regarding damage to an artifact.  If an 
artifact is damaged does the museum pay for conservation costs or 
compensate the lender for the loss in value? Or both? Any suggestions you 
could give would be most helpful.
