I switched to 4.0 about a year ago from 3.5.  I found the transition  
to be quite easy.  I actually had to transfer information a few times,  
due to other things besides the program itself.  The system is in my  
opinion much better than 3.5.  The screens so more information and the  
research/search capabilities are so much better.  If you have any
