Whatever you do, do NOT get the screechy bird sound effects. They are
extremely annoying and don't work. The garage where I work has it and
it scares the crap out of me every time I park my car because it seems
to come on randomly. Not to mention that it makes the whole garage
sound like a B-grade horror flick. It will work for a bit but then the
birds figure out that it is all sound effects and ignore it as what
happened in my garage.
Hire a falconer instead. :)
