Providence Children’s Museum is Hiring

Providence Children’s Museum is Rhode Island’s only museum especially 
for children, parents and care providers. Its mission is to inspire 
learning through active play and exploration. A private, nonprofit 
educational organization, the Museum has served the public since 1977 
and now welcomes 125,000 visitors a year.

PCM has openings for three positions in the Education Department:

Exhibit/Program Developer - Primarily responsible for development and 
functioning of participatory programs and exhibits for children ages 5 
to 11.

Experience Coordinators - Responsible for the smooth daily operation of 
the Museum and coordinating and implementing educational programs. Part 
and full time positions available.

AmeriCorps Museum Educators - AmeriCorps volunteers devote a year of 
service to leading hands-on programs for underserved children and 
interacting with visitors in the Museum’s exhibits.
