For all of our postcards, both for museum events and
in our shoppe, we have been using Jakprints.com. 
Their prices are reasonable, and their product is high
quality.  All you have to do is upload the file, they
send you a PDF to proof, and a few days later a box is
shipped to you.

They only print on high gloss stock, which can be a
challenge to write on, but the cost is considerably
higher if you have them switch to a non-standard
stock.  We have been happy with what they have done
for us, and you won't believe how inexpensive it is.
