Audubon's Living Oceans produced a "Seafood Wallet Card."  It helps you to
choose seafoods that are well-managed and not over-fished.   You can
download one at:

For reference, while on vacation in January/February,
I learned of toxins in larger fish, and found the
Monterey Bay Aquarium's tool online when I returned. 
It's quite helpful, and I referred my doctor to the
