The Royal Ontario Museum hosted one of these about four years ago. I
don't have a contact at the ROM for you, but their home page at
http://www.rom.on.ca/index.php has a number of links you could try to
follow to hunt down the person who co-ordinated the mandala programme.

Cheers,

Dear Fellow Museum Professionals:

My name is Keni Sturgeon and I am the Curator for Programs and
Education at Brown University's Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology.
The museum's director and deputy director are very interested in
bringing in Buddhist monks to create a mandala as a cultural program
this coming fall. I know this has been done at several museums around
the US and I could really use some contact information.

I am hoping some of you might have some information on who(and how) we
might approach to see if they would be interested in (and available)
doing something similar at Brown. Or, if any of you have any other
ideas for who I might contact I would love to hear them. I look forward
to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Keni Sturgeon
