Dear All,
It is a happy day at the Sweet Briar Museum--we have just been notified by the
college administration that our request for an updated brochure has been
approved. We are in dire need of this, since the old brochures contain an
outdated area code and no web addresses.
Since we plan to print a large run of these, I'm eager to provide our in-house
design department with some ideas to get them started. They are envisioning a
three-fold piece that gives an overview of the museum, its history and
collections, as well as visitor information such as hours and directions.
May I ask if you are willing to send me a copy of your museum's
brochure? These
would be the standard pieces that the design department tells me are commonly
known as "rack cards," not publications for special tours or exhibitions.
If so, I would be most grateful, and the more the merrier. My mailing address
is:
Christian Carr

Many, many thanks in advance for your assistance.
All best,
Christian
