A Curator is required to work in a small local history Museum in Caterham,
Surrey. Post may be extended in a joint partnership project with Tandridge
Leisure Services

The post entails maintaining and developing the outreach work to schools
and the wider community care of the collection of archaeological,
geological and social history artefacts and helping the volunteer team. The
museum is staffed by volunteers apart from the post holder, who is
professionally accountable to and liaises with the Surrey Museums
Development Officer

Museum experience essential is required. Museum qualification would also be
desirable.

An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure will be required for this
post.
