Yes, there is a special carpet on the market. Conventional carpet is
really kind of heavy for wall applications. Wall carpet on the other
hand is light enough to be applied on the wall but durable enough to
withstand most public applications. It's been around long enough that
manufacturers know which "quality" (as they say in the carpet industry)
will work for a given application. Eurotex is a major manufacturer of
wall carpet, but it is not the only one. Go to their web site, and I'm
certain that there will be some information on how to contact a retailer
near you.

Your garden variety residential floor covering retailer may never have
heard of wall carpet or Eurotex, as it is used primarily in commercial
applications.

Good luck!

Subject: Carpet for exhibit panels

Hello!
I want to use carpet to cover wood panels for hanging art in periodic
art shows. They will get a lot of use over time. Is there a special
carpet out there for this purpose, or should I just use industrial
carpet. Or is there something even better for this purpose?
