Title: Administrative Database Spec.

Job Duties
Individual will serve as the administrator of the department’s database 
application, Raiser’s Edge, and will be responsible for the entry of all 
data, production of routine and special reports and maintenance of related 
information.  The individual will also provide administrative database 
support for the Financial and Data Information Manager and assist the 
Community Relations department and The Jim Moran Foundation as needed.

Qualifications
1. A minimum of two years in an administrative support position, including 
data entry experience.  
2. Exceptional administrative skills with particular emphasis on 
keyboarding with accuracy and speed. 
3. Excellent telephone etiquette, professional demeanor and ability to 
screen calls diplomatically and effectively. 
4. Must be detail oriented and have above-average organizational skills. 
5. Must be comfortable working with deadline situations. 
6. Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality. 
7. Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and 
Raiser’s Edge. 
8. Effective time management skills and ability to successfully coordinate 
and handle multiple priorities. 
9. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and 
maintain rapport with internal systems representatives, external vendor 
consultants and all levels of associates within the company. 
10. Must be a team player. 
11. Must be flexible in prioritizing schedules to assist others and 
adapting to changing priorities. 
12. Ability to administer projects and work assignments with minimal 
supervision. 
13. Ability to work overtime when necessary.
