DuPage Children's Museum in Naperville, IL has the following opening in the Finance & Administration Department

Position Title:  Finance Manager 
Status: Part time, Non exempt

Job Summary: Job Summary: Responsible for operation of all financial systems at D.C.M.; maintaining current and accurate financial records and statistical data on admissions; preparing management information for staff and board, maintaining the general ledger, overseeing the annual audit, preparing grant and tax reports, managing payroll, reviewing payments, recording receipts, and monitoring purchases.  Among other responsibilities, the Manager will input all financial activity into accounting computer system, maintain updated and complete paper financial records files, support the work of D.C.M. staff by drafting financial procedures and providing information, prepare timely and accurate financial information and analysis for management staff and board, and prepare information for and oversee the annual audit.

The DuPage Children's Museum serves 300,000 members and visitors each year, providing hands-on learning experiences to young children and the important adults in their lives.
