I have been through a severe hurricane or two- certainly during the
storm itself, and in the area worst hit there is no desire or indeed
probably no ability to visit a museum.  I would separate that area from
areas where there are refugees, especially those with children.  They
have no homes, limited possessions, probably limited funds... I would
say that refugee families in large cities would be happy to find some
inexpensive entertainment.  And there was the email from the person in
NO who said that in the Dome there are people teaching classes.  So
entertainment and distraction is important for people in a holding
pattern and if they are homeless, rootless, and in a city with
functional museums then, again, the distraction could be most welcome.
