I am reposting a request I made earlier.

My organization requires the services of an individual(s) to create an
educational module for a series of online web modules.  We have yet to
decide which direction to take, but I am leaning towards the creation of
multi-level lesson plans.  Do any of you learned individuals have copies of
an RFP, LOA, or other type of contract for said purpose?

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
