HR Training Manager - NY

For our prestigious auction house client, we are seeking a Training Manager
who will be responsible for the delivery of all training through the human
resources department – from company orientation to management and leadership
skills. The ideal candidate must be an able and experienced facilitator with
the ability to continue and expand an impressive and vigorous array of
courses for employees at every level of the organization. This position
reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible also for an
active internship program. Some travel required.  At least 5 years of
substantial training experience in a human resources department and in the
areas noted above.  Experience in a similar organization preferred. Minimum
B.A with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills essential.
Salary range is $60-70K with excellent benefits.  Please send cover letter,
