Dear Amy,

I checked out Zoomerang last summer, and asked  a highly experienced survey
professional friend about it. She's used it several times, and says it's effective,
cheap, and easy to learn yourself. I set up and ran a test (which you can and
should do prior to running the real survey), and it was fine.  It is apparently
used often by survey companies, when the topic and demographics warrant
such an online tool.
