We are a small museum and Quickbooks is working very well for us on the 
accounting front.

 I have found, however, that many of my board members have trouble 
understanding the report format of Quickbooks so I now give my board the 
quickbooks report and the "story" of the report in a layman's version.  It's 
a little more time consuming than just pressing "print" but seems worth it 
in the long run.
