Trois ans de prison ferme requis contre Stéphane Breitwieser

STRASBOURG (AP) -- Le substitut du procureur de la République Anne Pauly a
requis vendredi contre le voleur d'objets d'art Stéphane Breitwieser trois
ans de prison ferme, soit la peine maximum, pour vol simple, apprend-on de
source judiciaire.
Il était poursuivi pour 21 vols commis entre 1999 et 2001 en France et deux
commis au Danemark et un en Autriche durant cette même période. Mme Pauly a
également requis deux ans ferme contre la mère de Breitwieser, Mireille, et
un an ferme contre la compagne du prévenu, Anne-Catherine Kleinklauss.
Stéphane Breitwieser a tenté de se suicider au cours de la nuit de jeudi à
vendredi en se pendant. Son compagnon de cellule a très vite alerté les
secours et ses jours ne sont pas en danger, a-t-on précisé à la maison
d'arrêt de Strasbourg-Elsau.
Stéphane Breitwieser était apparu agité et inquiet jeudi soir au terme de la
première audience de son procès. AP

STRASBOURG ( AP) - The substitute of the public prosecutor Anne Pauly
required on Friday against the thief of objets d'art three-year-old Stéphane
Breitwieser of imprisonment, that is the maximum punishment, for common
theft, as it is learnt by judicial source(spring).
He(It) was pursued for 21 flights(thefts) committed between 1999 and 2001 in
France and two clerks in Denmark and one in Austria during the same period.
Mrs Pauly also required two years farm against the mother of Breitwieser,
Mireille, and one year closes against the partner of the accused,
Anne-Catherine Kleinklauss.
Stéphane Breitwieser tried to commit suicide during the night from Thursday
till Friday by hanging itself. His(her) companion(journeyman) of cell very
fast alerted(notified) the help and his days are not in danger, as it was
clarified to the detention center of Strasbourg-Elsau.
Stéphane Breitwieser had seemed agitated and worried on Thursday evening in
