Hmmm. The thing that I DO remember was how long it took me to find and
build my career. One recent message told of an applicant's frustration
after having been looking since NOVEMBER! C'mon. This is not a
hardship search. Not yet. It might be a difficult road, but one
should hardly expect to get the degree and walk into the office the
next Monday. I remember very well my own frustration of several years
while hoping for, and working toward the right job.

I know it's hard and getting harder. We have recently lost staff to
reductions with no hope of getting that money back anytime soon. I
truly wish all those searching the best, but patience is an important
virtue.

Regards,

Matt Linke
