Hello:

One of our dedicated volunteers has offered to spearhead an effort to
revitalize our volunteer program.  I told her that I would have no problem
finding online resources and publications relating to volunteer
recruitment and retention for her, but I'm not having much luck.  Does
anyone have any ideas?
