Kim,

We clean silver, when necessary, with "Rubin-Brite" which is available
through Gaylord Brothers, Light Impressions, etc.  Silver cloth is
available through Gaylord Brothers and others under the name Pacific Cloth
(at least that's what I think it's called).  Save yourself some money and
go to a local jeweler and get them to order it for you.  What the heck, you
might even talk them into donating it!

Hi all,

I am looking for the best way to store a silver tea
service that IS NOT part of the collection.  It was
donated to us to use for teas that we have at the
museum.

The owner suggested a treated felt material.  Is this
the best way to store it?  If so, where can I find
this kind of fabric?

Also, what is the best way to clean it?
