Do have a look at www.charitychannel.com  It has, among the many discussion
lists for non-profits, a consultants directory and a grants discussion list.
You can learn a lot from them and find someone in your area to help you.
You can lurk on the list for free for a month, and then they ask for the
equivalent of $2 - $3 per month depending upon how long you buy the services
for - the you can check the consultants directory for free.
